Apotheosis contd.

Chapter 2
With every passing year at college the zeal of becoming an engineer became more determinant and resulted in a pseudo intellectual behavior, where I was capable enough to take decisions. 1st one the decision to live in a rented flat in spite of the hostel against my parents will, finally mom came to rescue of deserted son (tragic situation) and convinced dad in her melodramatic way. This was probably the 1st time I stood up against my dad so the ownership was entirely mine. Post all this plot let me tell you was this worth taking all this pain, Yes indeed as this year was the biggest learning experience which I would never forfeit. So now the inside scoop on my roommates literally we were a group of 7+3 people in 2 adjacent flats but were actually a group of BC’s who hardly cared for anyone and lived life our own way. 10 lousy person ready to rock. Planned outing every month and stepped outside the boundaries of PKD. Countryside has great esthetic beauty and aura, felt like sitting up close to nature out of which Gudguda being my favorite. Later discovered our organizing capabilities and planned numerous party at our flat and even had to manage our land lord he had delusion that we were the best lads he could see around. All thanx to Shantnu, Tara, Summit & Abhinav as they represented us all and covered up while we convicts were planning for another gig of ours. Saturday was the day when movie was screened at our place with expert critic and comic way and yes we did visit PKD talkies to watch telegu films with the hope that we would speak telegu some day but ended up imitating dear devil stunts in vain. With all these life time experience we did manage to study on the contrary discovered multi tasking and yes the “NON-STUDY ENGINEERS SYNDROM” started showing its effect. 2nd year did bring a moment which every engineer apprehend to be in “seniors” with new batch flooding in the college we officially became seniors, believe me every single student lives in fantasy of what it would be like being a senior but with an efficient principal and management in place it was a catastrophic end to our dreams. 2nd year brought numerous opportunities specially for me presentations, anchoring, organizing, Ashu and I teamed up for quiz competition and shared a great chemistry apart from few hick ups. Well this was the period were some people made an impact in my life our then principal, prajna mam, raghu bhai I value there presence and treasure what I learned from them. We at college anticipated for vacations and with sem break got an splendid opportunity to work on a project for mondialogo engineers award, with deadline inching nearer every day ultimately decided to participate. This was the decision would never regret in life entire credit goes to Dhananda sir as it provided an opportunity to meet 3 grandeur individuals master at there work Patrick, Harshil and Maren I have learned a lot and resulted in an endless story. I was living life king size was working hard and partying even harder.
Mid march was scheduled for disaster mitigation a national level symposium and I ended up presenting a paper there as well still remember a guest faculty who almost raged every single presenter but was left with no queries unanswered by us. Later that evening a cultural program was organized where I teamed up with leading lady for the 1st time still stimulate my thought. Well 2nd year was action pact and everything was falling in line for me.

We as human being are never satisfy with what we poses rather we are provoked by other's possession and in this run we forget the sole content that satisfy our needs. Necessities that are not materialistic rather rejuvenate our soul and subconscious mind to perform at par. We are stuck in the Labyrinth of social responsibility and obligations.
For me visiting archeological heritage and spending some time alone relishing past glory helps a lot. I have been in Delhi from past 7+ months but hardly found any time to see the best of Delhi. Well on Saturday eventually decided to visit lal qila and jama masjid in spite of all the odds, yes the odds were pretty strong and with every minute under scorching heat was a blow on self-confidence. However once I saw the Tri colour held hing at lal qila the Indian inside me boosted my cells as if I were a satellite about to be established in my orbit. A sublime energy filled child inside me with the anxiety. Mughal Emperor Shahjahan, started construction of the massive fort in 1638 and work was completed in 1648. The Red Fort was originally referred to as "Qila-i-Mubarak" (the blessed fort), because it was the residence of the royal family, one can still be embraced by the royalty and the ambience of the place. Lal qila was built in lieu of the needs of the royal blood. The place was awesome as u might find some princess touring india. Lal qila has 2 museums with artifacts the speaks for rich history and is one of the integral part of golden period of Mughal rule.
Post lal qila my next target was jama masjid, The Masjid-i Jahān-Numā (the 'World-reflecting Mosque'), commonly known as the Jama Masjid of Delhi, is the principalmosque of Old Delhi in India. Commissioned by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, builder of the Taj Mahal, and completed in the year 1656 AD, it is the largest and best-known mosque in India. Jama masjid was enormous enough and its architecture by far the best, when I reached jama masjid it was already past 1 in afternoon and the Red stone (primary building material of jama masjid) was hot enough to roast chapattis and you had to move without your shoes on was difficult but the vibes of the monument stimulated the zeal of witnessing something glorious. It was one of the best experiences as have been to many places in India but Delhi has vast archeological diversity to satisfy every eager and enthusiast person and your demands are met. I have uploaded some images that I took you can have a look and please embrace in with ur suggestions. Looking forward for ur posts.

Chapter 1
Whenever I am alone I ponder the past that I had, It resembles as an anecdote with every page filled with vivid expressions to learn from because I am a man and I am bound to make mistakes.
August 2005 mission engineering started, I stepped in college with bags full of clothes and bag pack full of dreams & aspiration. I always had happy go lucky attitude but it was not late for me to understand that this attitude of mine would not do, coz I was not there to be just an engineer rather was there to excel. I had to make my mark on distant land. I have always been lucky of getting the best of teachers and friends well not sure about the vice versa.
1St year of engineering was merry go round filled with joy happiness and study, Yes study as was still unaffected from the so called “NON-STUDY ENGINEERS SYNDROM”. Had a blast and became popular. I have always been popular both at school and at college but here the case was very different, there is always a price to popularity. Then and there forth you are deprived of personal life because some look at you with respect and dignity while the most look for an opportunity to mock you down. Fresher’s party resulted in such an occasion I won’t go into details but then and there missed my chances with the best looking girl in college. Not only I was embarrassed but this gave rise to controversy, I hate this word. In the second sem some1 said I was not capable of scoring grades and my 1st sem results were just a mere coincidence .well when provoked to such an extent I finally had to study and prove my point and this was the time when library became my dwelling place. And yes bribing Ashu for …………………………………………………………………….is one of the most treasured memories . Deosai hostel was a home away from home different specimens of Homo sapiens fought united for a common goal “the mess menu” we lived happily played cricket and even danced on occasions. Still remember our 1st sem results and Deosai environment. Wished could say happily forever after but the best hostel life ended in our 1st year of college, miss those days the most.
1st year was embarked of every 1’s memory as most gripping and memorable days, even if he claims it to be a waste but will still find subtle impact on his life.1st year had an happy ending of a high spirited year ,well have to say rest of the years were even more interesting.
